Tucked into a quiet residential lane among rice fields, with no nearby construction, a dedicated office for working days, and space to settle into a longer stay.

- Two king-size bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. Enclosed living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and water cooler.
- A proper place to work
- A separate office with its own bathroom and two complete work setups: an adjustable-height desk, a regular desk, office chairs, and 24-inch external monitors. High-speed Wi-Fi is included.
- Outside, all yours
- A private swimming pool, large tropical garden, and spacious deck for slow mornings and afternoons at home.
- Everyday care
- Housekeeping up to five times a week, gardener and pool maintenance twice a week, and fresh bed linen and towels weekly.
- Around the neighbourhood
- Just off Jl. Babadan in a quiet area with respectful neighbours and no nearby construction. Approximately five minutes to Pantai Lima Beach, eight to Pererenan Beach, and three to Pepito and Frestive supermarkets. Restaurants, cafés, gyms, and padel courts are close by.
For a peaceful stay: no pets or parties. Water and electricity are not included.
